This website is intended for business owners and company representatives seeking information about the advertising and marketing services, creative services, and consulting services offered by Three Moon Media. Those with the power to make decisions on behalf of their company will have an opportunity to review our offerings and or pre-pay for services, classes, or courses.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Three Moon Media reserves the right to refuse service, refund amounts paid, and may refer you to another provider at our discretion. Furthermore, we withhold the right to suspend or cancel a customer's account.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payment for services instantly, online via credit or debit card (via Square), Paypal and Venmo. To pay by check you must request such payment and allow us time to issue an invoice via our accounting system. Payment via check for first time clients will likely result in a full of partial request for cash on demand (COD) prior to the beginner or release of any work or services we provide.
service & PRODUCT CHANGES OR CEASATION
Three Moon Media reserves the right to make changes and addendums to any and all services and products offered on this website. This is including and is not limited to the amendment or complete deletion of a product, service or class. However any and all changes will not alter a pre-agreed upon retainer, subscription, or service for a period of one year. After one year, the new terms may apply.
WARRANTY & GUARANTEE OF SERVICE
We strive to make all our customers and clients happy with our provided work and the products they receive. In the event that you are not salified with our work or performance we will do everything within reason to come to a solutions that meets or exceeds your expectations. In the case of a high dissatisfaction or a complex case, we require a period of three months or one business quarter in order to provide a satisfactory solution. Should we fail to do so, you will be refunded for any remaining work or services on a prorated basis. In order to enact this clause we ask for written request to be submitted to your Three Moon Media representative and that you allow us 10 working, business days to acknowledge your request.

Any and all media provide by you or your company remains completely and wholly the property of you and your company. Three Moon Media will make no claim to ownership or creation of materials you have supplied to us. We shall assume that you have obtained those items legally and Three Moon Media will be found harmless and blameless and indemnified should the use of any of those materials result in a legal allegation or proceeding.

We strive to ensure that all of the graphics, logos, artwork, photographs, images, audio, video and other tangible and intangible media used in the designs, services and products provided by Three Moon Media be legally obtained, with permission from the artist or rights holder. However, due to the nature of our marketing and creative services, we also expect that you, the client, will cross reference any material we obtain or use on your behalf, to ensure that no copyright or trademark laws are inadvertently being broken. Any use of a similar design or the likeness to another design is purely coincident. We will replace, rework or amend any design created by Three Moon Media that results in a question of copywrite, trademark or usage restriction.

We are committed to protecting our visitors’ and customers’ privacy, we do not sell or supply your information to any third-party company. Our website data and privacy protection is provided by Wix and Godaddy and follows all of the privacy polies provided by both entities.
